Warranty and complaint accepts product return or exchange when if you receive broken items. If you receive a product in non-working condition, contact us within 24-hours of delivery, and we will replace it right away. In addition, you will be considered eligible to return and replace.  

We will make sure that the complete return process gets expedited and you would either receive a suitable replacement or a refund for the costs involved for these products. The can rarely happen as we provide a quality check in our warehouse.

The product warranty only covers original faults, i.e. defects that were present in the product upon delivery. The warranty does not apply in the event of handling errors or misadjusted items, as well as in cases where we cannot find any fault with the product or you have caused the damage yourself.

Should the item be broken or mis-shipped when it arrives, we will of course remedy the error free of charge. However, it is important that you make a correct notification via e-mail.

We are not responsible for transport damage during delivery. Transport damage must be reported immediately to your local delivery point. If you discover the damage only after you have opened the package, you immediately report the packaging to Post office. The shipment's packaging must be able to be shown to Post office to prove transport damage.


Make sure that the power source is on. To ensure the toy is charging, make sure the power light is flashing when connected to the charger. Make sure that the toy is fully charged. 

Check if you inserted the batteries correctly - this is the most common cause of malfunction. Make sure that you are using the correct batteries. Make sure to try new batteries.

 If it still doesn't work, please send the item back to us so we can exchange it for another one.


If the item is unused and the packaging is not broken, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

When returning, you are responsible for all post office fees in connection with sending & returning your order including shipping costs.

If the packaging is broken, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Typically, we won’t accept such items as these wouldn’t be available for resale. 

After we receive the package and check that the item is in its original condition, we will refund your money to you.

ATTENTION! Right of return only applies to goods in sealed plastic packaging. You cannot return merchandise with a guest account.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to most sale goods. This right also does not apply to drugstore, sex toys or underwear that would have close contact with human body - due to health regulations and for hygienic reasons. 

If the you as customer cancels the distance purchase the right of withdrawal does not apply to all types of purchases. It does not apply to sent goods or a custom-made or pre-ordered from the manufacturer.

How To Return A Product

Share your order ID, date of order,  photographs etc. with our customer support team. Our customer grievances team will get back to you and inquire about the reason for the return. As soon as they process the request, we will despatch the new product.

You can claim a return, exchange for the bought adultscare in case these remain in defective or damaged condition within 24-hours of delivery of the shipment’s order data. 

We do not to accept the exchange of products that are not to your liking. 

In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will replace after checking the defective product. If an item is used, the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement.

Return decision would entirely depend on the circumstances and the condition and remains active at the discretion of customer service representative.
